REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ROAD AND DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT
Overview: The City of Unalaska is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide a gravel roads and drainage assessment. Work will include but not be limited to; topographic surveying, drainage analysis, and recommendations for future Capital and maintenance and repair projects. The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate Unalaska's transportation network and drainage infrastructure to guide future capital improvements, ensuring long-term structural and operational efficiency.
Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by August 20, at 3:00pm. Any Proposals received after the time and date will not be considered. Proposals will be received via email to Marc Kielmeyer, Project Manager for the City of Unalaska: [email protected].
A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 30, 2026 at 10:00am and can be attended telephonically via MS Teams:
