Tom Madsen Airport Runway

Tom Madsen Airport, also known as the Unalaska / Dutch Harbor Airport, was renamed in 2002 in honor of Charles Thomas Madsen Sr., a Bush pilot who was known as the “Aleutian Aviator”. 

Scheduled commercial airline service is provided by Aleutian Airways, and there are daily flights between Dutch Harbor and Anchorage, Alaska year-round. In addition, Grant Aviation offers service between Dutch Harbor, Atka, Akun and Nikolski. For all airline related questions, please contact the airline directly. 

Services available at the Tom Madsen Airport include a restaurant, vehicle rentals, and air cargo.

For information about leasing advertising space or any other airport terminal building issues, please contact the Port office at 581-1254.  Leases are subject to State of Alaska approval.
