Ports and Harbors

ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL IS NOW AVAILABLE!

Dear Customer:

As a continuing effort to provide our customers with the most efficient and innovative services possible, City of Unalaska is now offering our customers an online platform for viewing and paying for your Utility, Tax, and Ports and Harbor bills.

Online Portal has the following features:

  • Guest Payment,

  • Electronic Bill Presentment for Utility and Tax, Invoice is still being worked out.

  • Link accounts (available for registered users),

  • Autopay (available for registered users),

  • Scheduled Payment (available for registered users) and

  • Text to Pay (available for registered users)

As for accepted payment tenders, it may be done via eCheck/ACH or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).

What if I don’t have cellular data or internet?

Worry not! We have IVR (Interactive Voice Response) feature also to accept payment if you are unable to have access online. For Utility you will need your account number (alphanumeric code) and customer number, for Tax and Invoice you only need your customer number to use this feature.

You may pay your utility bill by mail; in person with cash, check, debit or credit card in the Finance Department at City Hall, 2nd floor; or over the telephone with your credit or debit card by calling (907) 581-1251.
