REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FLEET, EQUIPMENT, AND GENERATOR TELEMATICS SYSTEMS
Overview: The City of Unalaska is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive telematics platform including hardware, software, installation, training, implementation, support, and maintenance for City-owned vehicles, heavy equipment, and generators (Proposals).
The City seeks a single integrated solution that provides fleet tracking, equipment monitoring, maintenance management support, utilization reporting, operational analytics, safety monitoring, camera systems, and integration capabilities with existing municipal software systems. The City anticipates deployment on approximately:

Up to 100 light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles

Up to 12 pieces of heavy construction and maintenance equipment

Up to 12 stationary generators
Actual quantities may vary.
The resulting contract shall be for procurement of equipment and implementation of the system. The City anticipates that the contract will provide for three years’ subscription and technical support services. However, pricing for one-year and five-year subscription and technical support services is requested.
