REQUEST FOR QUOTES - FUEL/OIL/SUPPORT SUPPLIES CONTRACT
The City of Unalaska is seeking quotes from fuel and lubricating oil dealers to supply the City’s heating oil, diesel engine fuels, unleaded gasoline, lubricating oils, and miscellaneous support supplies for a one-year period from July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2017, with a one year extension option by the City. Products must meet the specifications and requirements described in this RFQ. Quotes must be submitted on the attached form and must specify price for each item. Proposers may quote on individual items in this RFQ, and the City reserves the right to award separate contracts on individual items if the City determines it is in its best interest to do so.
Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Lori Gregory, Department of Public Works and Utilities, at 581-1260. Quotes must be submitted on the attached form and received at the following location/address no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 21, 2016.
